Nikki Hassell
Nikki Hassell, PA-C, is an Aesthetic Physician Associate. She not only specializes in dermal fillers, biostimulators, and neurotoxins, but is also leading the Medical Weight Loss and Wellness Team at Summer Aesthetics.
Nikki grew up on the North Shore of Kauai.
She then moved to the island of Oahu to attend the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Thereafter, she relocated to the Pacific North West to obtain her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at Pacific University. She has been practicing medicine for almost 10 years.
In the aesthetic medicine field Nikki loves being able to blend her technical skills with an artistic eye, with the goal of helping patients feel beautiful and confident. Although she loves performing all services at Summer Aesthetics, her favorite services include facial balancing, lip filler, and of course medical weight loss.
When she is not in clinic, you can find Nikki working out, spending time with her friends and family, or playing a game of cribbage. Nikki is an adventure lover at heart, always up for a last-minute trip, snowboard getaway, or long hike in the mountains.

I’ve been getting injected by Nikki for going on 3 years now of course I followed her to Summer Med Spa! She is so understanding of my fear of needles and communicates with me perfectly to achieve the looks I want with the least amount of pain and anxiety possible. She’s also very conscious of my anatomy and does not overfill my lips as to not cause migration. I would recommend Nikki for anybody who is scared to get Botox/filler for the first time or just anybody looking for a new amazing injector💖
I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Summer, with Nikki as my provider! She’s incredibly sweet and professional, which put me at ease. I’ve been going to Summer for my med spa needs for 6 years and to say she is the BEST is an understatement. I love her approach on less is more and having a more natural approach on beauty. She will always be honest about what looks good or what is too much. On top of her professionalism I always leave feeling so taken care of by her and her team! I walk in the door and they greet me like I’m their best friend that they haven’t seen in forever!!! Truly such an amazing environment to be in. Don’t think about booking…JUST DO IT!
I cannot recommend Summer Aesthetics enough! This team is amazing and has so much to offer for whatever your personal aesthetic goals are; and the whole team is SO sweet. Nikki has been my injector for years now, she keeps me looking like a better (and younger) version of myself and is always so informative about options and treatment plans that progress with my goals. I have been seeing Summer since before Covid. I believe I started going to her when I was only 16 and I am now almost 23. She is so experienced in her field and has the best personality ever. I have always trusted her and her team with Botox and recently tried out the Skinvive treatment which summer recommended. Her new space is so nice and clean and I felt very welcomed as always! I now live out of state but am sure to pay her a visit anytime I am in town ! It’s important to choose a place you trust when it comes to Botox and injection treatments and this is for sure a place and person I can always trust !!!

Taryn, is my go to for all aesthetics! I did 3 Moxi treatments and my skin has never felt more youthful. She did a BB HERic treatment for broken capillaries, I have been fighting for years. I look forward to every time I sit in her room learning and talking about skin care and life. She is a fresh breath of air for the industry. I love this med spa and how everyone is so nice as well as educated on all the new technology. Taryn and Maddy are amazing! I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Taryn for a peel and several MOXI laser sessions, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My skin looks great, and Taryn also helped me find a retinol product that my skin could tolerate during the winter months. Maddy is my go-to for injectables. She has an incredibly natural, subtle approach that always leaves me looking refreshed vs. frozen. They both take the time to make sure you’re comfortable throughout the process and I truly appreciate that I never feel pressured into any treatments or products. Emily and Nikki are SO amazing. I followed Nikki from her previous studio because she's always done such a perfect job on my botox. I recently got SkinVive by her as well, which is a lot of needles to your face. She's so patient and made my feel really safe. Emily might be the sweetest human I've ever met. I've never done any lasers to my face and she was FULL of knowledge. I have been raving to my friends about her. She's also so good at what she does. Honestly, the entire office is full of amazing women who do their jobs so well. They go above and beyond the actual service. It's an entire experience and these girls have become friends. I would highly recommend trusting their services! You are all in for a treat. Summer, the owner is amazing as well!
